That I had to do a BLOG post!! Anyone that knows me also knows my overactive gag reflex. That gag reflex and energy gel are not a good combination. So in preparing for my first half marathon I have been in search of something that I could eat or drink at about mile 7 or 8 that would sustain my energy for the last few miles. EUREKA! I found it!! I am so excited to try them. Now if only I was feeling 100%. I got some sort of stomach bug yesterday and my race is this Sunday. PERFECT TIMING! Stay tuned to see how it all unfolds!
