14 week belly photo!

This is a little late as I am 16 weeks now, but we took this photo before we took off for Hawaii and I thought I should get it posted. We have a Dr. appointment today and that means only 4 more weeks until our next ultra sound and that's when we'll find out the sex!! Yay!!!!

I promise honeymoon pics will be my next post.

Second Annual Friends Thanksgiving!

Once again...the Grinell's opened their lovely home to all of us hooligans and hosted the second annual friends thanksgiving! It was a great time....with tons of good food. It will be mine and Mike's only Turkey Dinner this year so thanks to Frank and Dana for making that happen. I left around 11:00 pm...but Mike stayed, and in true Dahlberg fashion tore up the dancefloor (Frank and Dana's living room transforms into a magical dancefloor around midnight at all of their parties...good times)!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We love and miss you all and are very thankful for everything and everyone in our lives.

11 weeks and 3 days!!

We had our second appointment today and got to hear the little one's heart beat!! So cool!! I knew it would be a neat experience but it totally surpassed my expectations. Everything is moving along great and we're all healthy!! Our next appointment will be after the honeymoon (we have to wait an extra week since we will be out of town) on December 5th. We should be around 16 weeks. The appointment after that will be our 20 week ultrasound and we should be able to determine the sex!!!!! YAY!! We will take another belly pic this weekend...but I don't think much has changed since last week.

Weekend in Bozeman for Kirsch/Treloar Wedding

This last weekend we were in Montana for the wedding of a couple of Mike's MSU friends. The weather was great in Bozeman and I got the grand tour. From campus (we bought an MSU outfit), to Mike's house he grew up in to his favorite sandwich place - the Pickle Barrell. It was a great time. I retired back to the hotel room around 10pm each night, but Mike stayed out and enjoyed catching up with friends he hadn't seen in a while. It was great to finally meet all of them! Thanks to Carmal for being his dancing partner after I left the wedding (I have discovered I am really not a sober dancer :) )

We have another appointment this Friday. I promise another post after that!!

The first photo is at 6 weeks and the second is last night....we are 10 weeks today!!! Hope this bikini still fits me around Thanksgiving...we are heading to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Can't wait!!! We have our next appointment next Friday (November 2nd).

This weekend we are heading to Montana for another wedding. Another long car drive, but I am looking forward to being able to spend some time in Bozeman, having Mike show me around and seeing all of his old haunts!
