Halloween 2011

Here are some photos of our Halloween night. Keaton dressed up as Spiderman and Josie was our little lady bug. We lucked out and borrowed both costumes this year! Why was this day different than any other day in our house for Keaton and his love of dressing up you ask? Well, because this time when he dressed up he was given candy! He was really into the trick or treating this year and was able to perfect his skills by trick or treating at Mike's work on Friday, my work on Monday and then finally hitting a few houses last night. We headed over to the Sheffels for some dinner and adult libations before heading out in their neighborhood for a few blocks (about 3 total). Nana joined us and thank goodness she did. I didn't take any pics. These are all from her camera. Josie was a little cranky and Keaton was really on one from all the Halloween sugar. It was a little bit of chaos. But, it was a great time and great memories for Keaton's 4th Halloween and Josie's first. After Trick or Treating we headed to Dodo's house for dessert and to see Kay and Tom and Bill and Clarice. She doesn't look cranky, but trust me she was!

Mike had to carry her the whole way. She did get a little happier and talked to all the fun decorations she saw. As soon as we got done and Mike put her in the car seat she fell asleep.
